IT Knowledge Management&Business Process Reengineering Specialist
Cherokee Nation System Solutions (CNSS) seeks a highly skilledKnowledge Management (KM)&Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Specialistto provideMicrosoft SharePointandMicrosoft Power Platformadministrative and development services in support of ONR Global's Science&Technology mission. This position will support the ONR Global Chief Information Officer (CIO), serving as theTechnical Point of Contact (TPoC)for knowledge management systems and business process improvements.
The KM&BPR Specialist will play a vital role in enabling ONR Global to capture, manage, and optimize enterprise knowledge while streamlining business processes across the organization.

Pay commensurate with experience.

IT Knowledge Management&Business Process Reengineering SpecialistResponsibilities Include:
Serve asMicrosoft SharePoint Site Collection Administrator, ensuring accurate, current, and compliant content management across ONR Global's Knowledge Management platforms.
Add, delete, and edit content in SharePointLibraries, Lists, Site Collections/Columns, Workspaces, Pages, and Communities of Interest (COIs).
EnforceSharePoint permission policiesfor groups and individual users.
Recommend and implement improvements toSharePoint applications, workflows, and configuration standardsto enhance content discovery and usability.
Manage and reconfigure SharePoint-basedGrants Lists, Workflows, and Librariesto ensure FAR-compliance and authoritative records.
Draft and implementKnowledge Management best practicesto improve user access, data storage, and information reuse.
Provide subject matter expertise inONR and ONR Global business systems(e.g., Navy ERP, PPS, Business Intelligence tools), recommending enhancements for efficiency and process improvements.
Develop process enhancements and evaluate new business system capabilities, identifying value and limitations for ONR Global's mission.
IT Knowledge Management&Business Process Reengineering SpecialistExperience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
Minimum Qualifications
Documented completion of a Microsoft SharePoint 2013 Site Collections Manager training course.
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated SharePoint 2013 proficiency, including site collections management and enforcement responsibilities.
At least 3 years of experience operating, maintaining, and editing content in SharePoint Libraries, Lists, Workspaces, Pages, and COIs.
At least 3 years of experience managing SharePoint permissions for groups and individual users.
At least **3 years of experience operating, maintaining, and editing SharePoint-based business applications and workflows.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
Demonstrated experience performing basic website administration (updating text, images, etc.).
Working knowledge of Naval Research&Development Establishment (NR&DE).
Familiarity with Navy ERP and PPS systems for day-to-day execution support.
Desired Qualifications
Experience withMicrosoft Power Platform(PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Demonstrated ability todesign and implement process improvementsleveraging SharePoint and ERP/PPS systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to providebusiness process reengineering expertiseto enhance ONR Global's operational effectiveness.
