Provides second level support to Help Desk.<h2><br><b>Job Description:</b></h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Primary Accountabilities</b><br /><b>Product Installation and Maintenance (65%)</b></p><ul><li>Identifies any integration issues between the peripheral and the existing infrastructure.</li><li>Configures the peripheral for installation, including the development or modification of any necessary software, working closely with the appropriate platform team.</li><li>Ensures that the new technology goes through the cataloguing process and is added to the catalogue.</li><li>Provides documentation to support the installation, maintenance and support of the peripheral technology.</li><li>Provides second level support to Help Desk</li><li>Will be on call on a rotating basis 24/7.</li></ul><p><br /><b>Project Management (15%)</b></p><ul><li>Keeps own portion of work plan up-to-date, adjusting and documenting changes as necessary to meet deliverables and deadlines.</li><li>Recognizes and escalates quality, deadline, or deliverables issues within own work environment to team leads or project managers</li><li>May manage small projects, or parts of a project, holding others accountable to delivery deadlines and quality.</li><li>Manages own tasks within a work plan, using Business &amp; There is a service desk functionality where you are escalated support for printers. You will do remote set up of devices as well as onsite support based on the location.</p><p><br />We are looking for something with the following skills/experiences:</p><ul><li>Junior to Mid-Level experience</li><li>Provided support in the past to Printers/LAN/Desktops</li><li>General knowledge of computers for both Windows, Mac, and Windows Servers.</li><li>Good adaptability and troubleshooting skills.</li></ul><p></p><p>This position is a hybrid role that involves working a minimum of 10 days per month in the office.
